To Open a Work Request:

  • Select "Submit a Request" on site menu.
  • Select a Facility then click Next.
  • Select your Building then click Next.
  • Fill out the form. Fields marked with an * are required to submit request.
  • Click on "submit".
  • Upon acceptance, work order # will be issued and should be used for future reference.

To find out the status of your request:

  • Under the Search by Number, select "Work Request" or "Work Order" from the dropdown menu.
  • Dependent on your selection above, enter the appropriate "Work Request" or "Work Order" number.
  • Select "Submit" to run query.
